If Bramble is a viable option, it is presented as a fourth choice alongside at least three other independent providers. This ensures your selection is based on a neutral, diverse, and empowered comparison.
Our direct care and support coordination teams are entirely separate. They work from different locations, have separate management, and use isolated administrative systems. While our Executive team provides shared oversight to ensure the highest standards across the whole organisation, there is zero operational crossover of your private information.
Your choice of provider never impacts your coordination. Our coordinators are ethically bound to act in your best interests, providing unbiased support regardless of which provider you choose.
Every time a participant chooses to use both services, CoAbility and Bramble, we complete a Choice and Control Acknowledgement. This is a formal process to ensure you feel entirely unpressured and confident in your decision.
