Our Commitment to Transparency

Bramble Support is proudly part of CoAbility Pty Ltd, which trades as CoAbility Support Coordination, a registered provider of NDIS Support Coordination. We recognise that when one organisation provides both coordination and direct care, "compliance" isn't enough; you deserve absolute transparency.
To ensure your interests always come first, we maintain a rigorous Conflict of Interest firewall that goes beyond the standard requirements:

When a CoAbility Support Coordinator presents provider options, Bramble is never the only choice. If Bramble is a viable option, it is presented as a fourth choice alongside at least three other independent providers. This ensures your selection is based on a neutral, diverse, and empowered comparison.

Our direct care and support coordination teams are entirely separate. They work from different locations, have separate management, and use isolated administrative systems. While our Executive team provides shared oversight to ensure the highest standards across the whole organisation, there is zero operational crossover of your private information.

Your choice of provider never impacts your coordination. Our coordinators are ethically bound to act in your best interests, providing unbiased support regardless of which provider you choose.

Every time a participant chooses to use both services, CoAbility and Bramble, we complete a Choice and Control Acknowledgement. This is a formal process to ensure you feel entirely unpressured and confident in your decision.

Here’s how we get started together:

Initial Introduction

Whether it’s a referral or a direct enquiry, we start by getting the basics right and preparing for a proper introduction.

Our First Chat

A no-pressure conversation about your goals, your routine, your funding, and what "living life well" actually looks like for you.

Our Intake

We handle the "boring stuff" (onboarding and paperwork) with total transparency so you feel empowered and in control.

Co-Design

We sit down together to map out the details, documenting your rhythm and the "non-negotiables" that make a shift successful.

Team Building

We don’t just assign staff; we develop your support team from scratch. You have the final say on who comes into your home.

Tailored Training

We train your team specifically in your routine and preferences so they walk through your door prepared from day one.

Support Starts

Support begins on your terms. We stay closely connected for the first few weeks to ensure the "vibe" is exactly right.

Growing Together

If your needs change, we adapt. We’re never more than a phone call away, so changes and updates are never a hassle.

Quarterly Review

We check in with you every 3 months to gather feedback and make sure your team and support continue to be just right.
We aim to respond to all new enquiries within 24 business hours. From there, we move at your pace. If you need support to start immediately, we can arrange interim support while we build your dedicated team. If you prefer to wait for your permanent team from day one, we typically have everything in place within 1 to 4 weeks.
